Beautiful vintage/retro inspired gown, by There Is Only You and Me for BHLDN. Has a definite "Gatsby" feel with unique detail work, including beading and an open-back style with flattering drape and twisted fabric. The dress is definitely ivory, despite looking (at least on my monitor) white in the official BHLDN photos.
Please note: I am 5'11" and the dress did not touch the floor for me. So, if you want to wear any sort of heel and not have your shoes visible, I think 5'9" is about the maximum "with shoe" height you can go with this one. But it also looks very beautiful as more of an ankle-length style.
