Great Deals BHLDN Penelope

This is an absolutely gorgeous dress, which I purchased on this site recently from the original owner (who bought the dress new and wore it for her wedding). The lace bodice and neckline are very delicate and beautiful, and the skirt is romantic and ethereal. It is in really excellent condition aside from some wear along the hemline. The only reason I am selling it is that, if I were to have it hemmed, it would be just slightly too short on me (I am 5'-4" and am planning to wear low heels). It's a really lovely dress and I'm sad to part with it -- it's just meant for someone a little shorter than me. I think it would be PERFECT for someone about 5'-0" tall.
