This Casablanca Bridal dress, Style 2422 Zoey has a sheer bodice with alluring beading and a trailing V-neckline fitted with comfortable tank straps, so you can dance the night away.
The keyhole back showcases a bit more skin and then cinches at the natural waist, flowing into a dreamy chiffon skirt with a 58” train. The sheath silhouette on this refined, yet casual gown allows for full movability and comfort, all while accentuating the body’s shape.
The dress is a beautiful and light fabric that is easy to walk and dance in. The beading sparkles and gleams when lights shine on the dress. The original cups are sewn into the dress but can be easily taken out or replaced.
Alterations
- Hem 1 layer (top layer) - New length has been indicated on the listing
- Dart bodice back (1/4 inch on both sides)
- 7-point French bustle in the top layer, 1-point American bustle in the lining
The dress has been altered to include a French Bustle (also called an under bustle) where the fabric can be is gathered up and tucked on the skirt to create a beautiful billowing effect. The train is still a 58” train. The dress is easy to bustle and un-bustle with buttons and ribbon (all pieces are included with the dress).
The only other alterations on the dress were hemming the overall height of the front of the dress and creating two darts on the back of the dress so that the dress opening would lay flat on my back.
Condition
The dress has not been professionally cleaned since the wedding, so there is some dirt/discoloring at the bottom inch of the outside layer of the dress that should come off easily with professional cleaning.
Besides the discoloring at the bottom inch of the dress, there are no other flaws or blemishes for the dress!
