Brand New with tags and garment bag. Really hugs your curves and absolutely flattering! I unfortunately changed my mind a few times on selecting a dress and I am unable to return it.
The dress has two layers but the bottom has extra crinoline and tulle to excentuate your lovely figure above! Label size 6 but I would say street size 2-4.
