This dress is BRAND NEW. It is still in its protector cover. When I bought the dress some beading had fallen off, but it comes with a baggie of extras that I planned to use with the seamstress. I LOVE this dress, the pictures don't do it justice. Only reason I am selling it is because plans changed and am need of a warmer dress for a fall/winter wedding in Iowa.
