This is a one of a kind altered dress from BHLDN. The actual designer is Watters but it was purchased from BHLDN. It is the Serena dress but the skirt has been altered to a dramatic ultra-flattering high-low effect. Let me tell you I felt AMAZING in this dress at my wedding! Every time I walked it slightly flared out and showcased my legs. The original design of this dress is beautiful but I felt too covered up. The high-low dress really gives it that extra wow factor. There is a slight train in the back which I considered making shorter (and you might decided to) but since it was a manageable length I kept it. This dress sold out right away in larger sizes offered because it is so flattering! It is still available on BHLDN but only in tiny sizes on sale but has not been available in larger sizes pretty much since it went on sale. I felt so glamourous and comfortable all night. What more can you ask for? I loved this dress so much I want someone else to enjoy wearing it as much as I did.
Description from BHLDN - Covered in graphic botanical applique, this gown's illusion bodice features a bateau neckline and covered back buttons; the satin skirt falls to the floor in a voluminous A-line and finishes with a slight train.
*I had the dress professionally dry cleaned and upon through inspection there are some slight signs of wear on the bottom of the train in the back if you look very closely. As I said I wore this dress all day and danced the night away so it is not brand new. I can send more pics but it is hard to capture and barely noticeable unless you are looking very closely at the fabric that drags behind you on the ground. I want to be forthcoming, it is a used dress and not pristine on the train but it is in excellent condition.
